Naginata notebooks
This resource is made up of an ongoing series of 'notebooks' that are being created to provide some historical and contextual perspectives of naginata as well as theory to members of the Victorian Naginata Renmei and are by no means the final authority on any of the content provided. The content of each notebook will generally be Theory and Historical notes, followed by Kata or Kihon techniques, a small glossary of terms and Dan grade exam questions.
The main reference for all these notebooks is Dr Alexander Bennett's 'Naginata. History and practice.' (Available from Amazon.com) as well as the All Japan Naginata Federation 'Naginata Handbook'.
